Belle Chasse is a 23 lot development consisting of all 2-3 acre lots, featuring a beautiful entrance right off of Fannin Landing Circle.  This new development is minutes away from Northshore Elementary School, the Reservoir, and plenty of shopping and dining.   These lots will be fee simple land ownership  and 2700 square foot minimum homes.  This is in the Northwest Rankin School district.  Construction on these homes is estimated to begin in May 2021.   The development process has already begun!

3S Homes recently attended the HBAM state convention.  Carl is one of the newest members of the Capitol Club for NAHB Build PAC.  Seen pictured are 5 HBAJ Capital Club members, along with Randy Noel, past NAHB Chairman (left).  Carl serves on various committees for Home Builders Association of Mississippi and is a Regional Vice President.
