3S Homes recently attended the HBAM state convention.  Carl is one of the newest members of the Capitol Club for NAHB Build PAC.  Seen pictured are 5 HBAJ Capital Club members, along with Randy Noel, past NAHB Chairman (left).  Carl serves on various committees for Home Builders Association of Mississippi and is a Regional Vice President.
